Enable tray icon and get back menu in App in Ubuntu 11.04
Run the following in Command:
gsettings set com.canonical.Unity.Panel systray-whitelist "['all']"
Append the following before the command in the launcher:
env UBUNTU_MENUPROXY=
E.g. env UBUNTU_MENUPROXY= /opt/ibm/lotus/notes/framework/../notes %F
