Open Regedit.exe Navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Search
Check the following DWord Values:
"CortanaConsent" (It should have a value of '1')
"SearchboxTaskbarMode" (It should have a value of '1')
"CortanaRegion" (It should have a value of 'US')
